Thank you for choosing SpiralBot! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SpiralBot application ("App") provided by Spiralogics ("Company"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

SpiralBot is a Microsoft Teams application designed for attendance management and time tracking. Key features include punch-in/out functionality, timesheet generation, and manager dashboards for reports. The App integrates with Microsoft Teams and may use Azure email and user profile data to deliver its features.

2. User Obligations

• Authorized Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Microsoft Teams account credentials used with the App.
• Data Accuracy: Users must ensure that the data entered into the App is accurate and truthful.

3. Data and Privacy

• The App may send data over the internet and access certain Microsoft Teams profile information (e.g., Azure email and full name) to enable functionality.

• By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Data Ownership and Isolation

All data entered into SpiralBot is owned by the respective tenant organization. SpiralBot operates in a multi-tenant environment where strict isolation ensures one tenant cannot view or access another tenant’s data. Spiralogics employs advanced security mechanisms, including row-level security, to ensure data privacy.

5. Data Security

Spiralogics does not access customer data within the App unless explicitly requested for support or troubleshooting purposes and only under the tenant's consent. Such access is limited, monitored, and logged to ensure transparency.

6. Limitations of Use

• You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
• The App is intended for business use only; personal use is discouraged.
• Misuse, unauthorized access, or exploitation of the App's functionality may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Availability and Support

• SpiralBot is offered "as-is," and while we aim to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with SpiralBot remain the exclusive property of Spiralogics. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the App as intended.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• Spiralogics is not responsible for any data loss, operational disruption, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
• Users assume all risks associated with the integration of SpiralBot within their Microsoft Teams environment.

10. Modification of Terms

Spiralogics reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of changes via updates within the App or through their registered contact information. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that compromise the App’s integrity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, United States. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Georgia, United States.
